In the coming weeks you will see the boat progress from a pile of wood into a boat.  This boat is based on several designs which I have sorted through, keeping the features that I like and discarding those that I don't.  The boat is 12 feet long with a beam of 36".  It is based on a combination of designs such as the Bolger Birdwatcher, Matt Laydens Paradox and Enigma, and a few others.  The boat will utilize chine runners instead of a centerboard.  The updates link above will take you to the page that will show building progress.
